Shipping Locations & Charges
We currently deliver only within India. Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 199 on unifringe.com. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a charge of Rs. 50 (inclusive of all taxes) applies per order.

Delivery Guide

We aim to deliver your order within the following timelines:

• 2 to 3 Days Delivery: New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Gurgaon.
• 4 to 6 Days Delivery: Other cities across India.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location.

During sales and peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. These delivery times are for reference only and may vary.

Rules & Restrictions

• Orders are processed and delivered on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• For remote locations, we may cancel your order or apply additional conditions, such as a minimum order value. If this applies to your order, our Customer Care team will inform you after your purchase.

Delivery Problems

If the shipping provider cannot deliver to your address, a second attempt will be made on the next business day. If delivery fails again, the parcel will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed for prepaid orders. If your package is returned, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Once the items are in stock, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email notification with the shipping details. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
